My understanding is if I have the Constant Contact app, Quickbooks will automatically update my contacts to my CC account. I run the Quickbooks online desktop version so I don't have to always have a browser open. Do I need to login to QBO using a browser for it to do it automatically/

I have taken a look at your account and do not see this integration is connected. If you are using ours, we have a specialized support team for this integration that can help answer any questions you may have. However this integration for new users is being discontinued. If you aren't using the plugin offered directly by us, we suggest contacting the provider of this import tool directly. You can also take a look at our MarketPlace for any other third-party app and integrations that can connect the two programs. It is important to point out though that many of these connections integrate with QuickBooks Online.
