The wait time on Wednesday was short, so I got a helpful person on the phone who helped me with this. Thank you. Problem not totally solved but it is my internet provider issue, not Constant Contact's fault.

I'm sorry you are having trouble receiving your test emails. Can you send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the campaign you are sending, the email address/es that aren't receiving the test email and a reference to this post so we may look into this for you?
