Why can't I connect my mind body account?

I actually have a question, it's not letting me connect my account to my Mind Body Online account. Can you help? Thanks

Hello @JaredY12 ,

 

Are you getting a specific error message that you can screencap for us? Additionally, do you know if the Mindbody account is already connected to another CTCT account? It might be easier to call our general support line so they can work with our integrations Tier 2 team live with you, as well as screenshare to see the issue if it's happening on our side of the integration.
