I have been with you for years and this morning my emails that went out to non-openers populated the subject line with: Hey [FIRSTNAME OR ""]] do you suffer from excessive WORRY?
How embarrassing as a business owner! Why didn't it populate the first name like it always does?
This makes me not trust this system.
Please advise so it doesn't happen again!
