Why do I have to waste my time and contact support to exclude your logo from my emails?

I'd like a straightforward explanation, unlike the ones I found in the forums.

Hello @RickR996,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. You have to reach out to us to remove the logo because we have access to that part of the newsletter. Other customers have been requesting more editing abilities and we are tracking feedback on that now. At the moment, customers do not have access to edit that part of the newsletter.
