Why do you bill for 0 activity?

Please review your billing for Feb and March. I should not be billed for ZERO activity. This is more like a Constant Cheating Scheme.

Constant Contact is a subscription-based service similar to your cell phone, with the exception of any contract. The service is billed based on the number of contacts stored in your account from 0-500 contacts and up in a tiered system and will continue to bill unless you call to cancel or suspend your account. The terms of this service can be easily found here. If you would like someone to explain this over the phone you are welcome to give our billing department a call.
