Why is CC so slow and glitchy?

I'm am so fed up with the awful speed and the constant "unable to save document" I am going to cancel. This has been going on far too long.

Does refreshing the editor page, or performing any connectivity troubleshooting such as cache clearing or extension disabling, seem to alleviate the issue for you? Is this occurring in all of your CPE-built emails, or sporadically?
