Why is my account disabled?

I received a message about my account being audited/reviewed (I'm not sure why), but it is now delaying me from sending my weekly newsletter. Per the instructions, I was supposed to contact you all, which I did and have not heard back. This is my second attempt. We are paying for this service and I need it to work when I need it, which is now. Please let me know how to fix this. My goal was to have this out first thing tomorrow morning (June 23), but now I need time for managers to make edits. Thanks for the delay.
