Why is the website so slow in China?

Across multiple computers and internet connections this has to be the slowest website we have ever used. The dashboard doesnt work (try clicking on the Help and Coaching section, it just loads an image). I wonder who is the smartest person working at Constant Contact. Is it the janitor?


Hello @user49746. I'm sorry that you are having trouble loading our website. I see that you have already tried using different computers which is a good troubleshooting step. Have you done a speed test recently? For the best experience, we want to see an upload and download speed of at least 3mbps.
