Why were we not notified that emails were late?

Extremely disappointed that I had to reach out to you to ask why scheduled emails didn't deploy. You simply could've posted a banner on the campaign page indicating there was a glitch and you were working on it. Please explain this lack of customer service.

I am sorry for any inconveniences that the sending delay from earlier today may have caused you. Our engineers were made aware of the delay and your email should have been sent out.
