Hello @LoveFunding ,
All legacy templates, even after an account has been triggered for retirement, will still be accessible to view, print/download, link to, and archive as needed. Only the option to edit and copy them won't be there anymore.

Why are earth would I not be allowed to use the templates I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars investing on go away? I don't know if I have experienced such a poor plan in migration from a company I've been doing business with since 2003. I don't use mail chimp because creating the templates are difficult and knowing coding is important. I've used both.
But now that you've level set me with Mail Chimp, I will be moving off constant contact for the first time in 17 years. Way to go Constant Contact! Wow to improve the customer experience.
Hello @TheresaC14 ,
I'm very sorry for the frustration. When you normally create emails is the majority done through custom HTML code, or did you normally use the templates and just swap in new content either through typing directly in the editor or custom code? I ask because I'd like to see if there is anything I can do to help ease the burden of transitioning to a different editor.
