If a new contact signs up after the email has already been sent, then they will not receive it. A contact can sign up for applicable lists in-between you scheduling the email and it actually sending, and they'll receive it.
If you need to send an email to a contact who joined a list after an email was already sent, you have some options at your disposal:
- you can perform a Quicksend for simple, quick sendouts for individual contacts.
- you can use the Resend To option for a specific email and send it to the same (or different) lists to only target contacts that weren't already sent the email.
