Wix Lightbox not working on Google Chrome

I've gone back and forth with Digioh's tech support because my pop up subscribe box won't work on my site. They said that I likely have another app that is preventing it from working, however there aren't any other apps in place. I went to read reviews and other people are saying they receive the same explanation. I need this to function properly and would even opt to just have a button on my footer. Can anyone help me find a solution? I am launching my business today.

Hello @LonestarADV ,

 

I'd recommend reaching out to Wix's support directly, since we are a separate company and wouldn't have any way to troubleshoot the lightbox system.
