Won't save change, can't access reason

I'm trying to save a change in an email and it won't save.  You have the pink box that has a link to show me the reason, but it's covered up by a dialog box where the only option is to refresh it - so I can't close the dialog, can't save my email and can't read the reason why me email is not saving.

Is the issue still occurring, and if so are you able to provide a screencap of it so we can see the cluster of issues? Does zooming out on your browser screen (CTRL - or CMD -) make it so the individual messages aren't overlapping as much? Does performing any basic connectivity troubleshooting alleviate the issue at all?
