If Facebook is rejecting your ad, please check your business manager to see what reason they're providing. Facebook's API doesn't always allow their rejection reports to come through on our end, only that the ads have been rejected. If you're logged into your Facebook account, this link should take you to the page where you can see it.

If the issue is that you're unable to save / publish the campaign from within our UI, try checking all the different sections - particularly the design section - to see if there's any blank or missing fields, or anything explicitly highlighted as needing to be filled in (e.g. a permission policy).
