I have linked Constant Contact to WooCommerce so that everyone who has purchased our event pass will go into an email list. The idea is that then we will send an email out to them all with the link. The problem is, if they already exist in Constant Contact under another list, it isn't adding them to the WooCommerce list. Is this a setting I am missing? I don't want to manually add these names.

To help with their troubleshooting, could you please reply directly to the email I sent to your account's primary email address? Please include some examples of affected contacts, as well as the name of the list(s) WC should be syncing to.
