I have installed the Constant Contact forms plugin on a WordPress website. When I go to set up a form and have it send the new addresses to a particular Constant Contact list I find that not all of my lists appear in the drop-down menu. What do I need to do to access all of my lists?

Is this in the WordPress site or in Constant Contact? Secondly, what type of device are you working on? Mac? Windows? Tablet? Laptop? I'm having that same issue.
I create a new 'contact list' inside constant contact...
and then over in my wordpress site, I am creating a sign up with an 'email optin' module in a page
but when I go to the 'email optin settings' and try to link the email account and list, only previous lists show.
Could you please advise how I can encourage it to show all the contact lists?
(I have tried clearing caches, trying a new browser and even waiting a day to see if the wordpress integration needed time to catch up...)

I apologize you too are having this experience. It sounds like you may need to re-sync your contact lists. This can be done from your WordPress dashboard, through clicking Contact Form > Lists. This page will have a "sync lists with Constant Contact" button and the option to create any new lists directly from there.
