Wordpress Plugin

The WP plugin contact signup form produces an amateurish signup form.  I can't find a way to make it look professional.

The form field boxes are not aligned, nor is the button.  There is a line underneath that doesn't make sense with the placement on the website, and there is an unreasonably long disclaimer that is automatically tagged onto the bottom of the form.  This takes up a huge amount of valuable screen space that is completely unnecessary.

Is there any way to fix this?

Re: Wordpress Plugin

Oh, and... the signup form doesn't actually work.  It does send you an e-mail that someone filled it out, but it doesn't actually put them on a list in the Constant Contact account, or send the contact and e-mail confirmation, or really anything it's supposed to do.

Hello @AndyM7. Thank you for your questions. I see that you did talk with our upper level of support yesterday and they were able to assist you with some of your questions. Although we are not able to modify this form, we do have an FAQ that shows you how to select the list where these contacts will be added once they use your form. I do see you have new contacts in your account that have been added using your sign-up form and they are on a list.

I also want to let you know that contacts who use this sign-up form will not receive a confirmation or welcome email. You can set up an Autoresponder that can send an email to them once they have signed up.

Re: Wordpress Plugin

Right.  I do have a welcome e-mail set up.  It just took some time for the e-mail to be sent from Constant Contact after the submission.  I guess the confirmation should be filed under "requested features".  Also, it would be nice if we could tag contacts according to the signup forms they used, instead of having to create another list to track the signup form efficacy.

Hello @AndyM7. I can certainly put in this feedback for you about contacts being tagged according to the sign up form they used and send it over to our Product team. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
