We are 07 - 08 yrs old customer , but present response is very bad , very slow response , in case any problem , continuing calling , long hold , negative response , no one response on email -

Hello @MilesT13. I apologize for the experience that you have had working with us. We have had some long hold times for our Compliance department recently but we want to make sure that you are assisted. I have asked someone from that team to reach out to you regarding your concerns and they will be able to assist you further.
