I was checking out your system today and mysteriously received a call from my rep, who almost seemed like he was watching what I was doing. When I asked him to remove all my information from constant contact he hung up on me. This was after I was trying to do this with a chatbot, who disconnected our conversation after I asked to be removed. Is this how you handle customers?? I am shocked at the unprofessional behavior of your company.
