Wretched Customer Service

I tried to send an email out. Was told it couldn't be sent out. No explanation. Was told to call for an account review. I called. Apparently I'm supposed to hang out on the phone all day waiting for somebody to answer my call. Great idea. Clicked on the Live Chat option on the website. Everything I try to "Chat" about seems to be handled by a phone call. Except whoever is answering your phone calls can't seem to answer my call in a timely manner. Not sure I really appreciate paying $93 for this kind of run around. Why don't you have somebody call me about how to refund my money as the lack of product support is not acceptable. (281) 513-9786

Hi @JamesY59,

I'm sorry to hear about the delay in trying to reach us. Yes, you would need to speak with an Account Review agent. However, I reviewed your account and it does not appear to be under Account Review status any longer so I'm not sure if you were able to reach someone or it was successfully resolved independently. Your account is available for use!

We can't handle requests for refund through the Community, but I'll submit a ticket to our Billing team for review on your behalf.
