I am very sorry to hear of this frustration, I understand that getting your emails created is most important!

 

Can you help with some additional information about your system?

- What browser/version are you working in when this happens? Do you have another you could test in?

- Where are you located (State) and whos is your Internet Service Provider?

- Do you see any error messages?

- Are you clicking a specific area in your account or taking any specific action when you notice this?
