I need to get this email out right now and it is IMPOSSIBle to add photos to my library from my iPhone. Seriously this costs way too much money to not work when I need it. Also there is no evident way to connect with help from my phone. Come on people!
Are you trying to create this email through our mobile app on your iPhone? If so, thank you for bringing this experience to our attention! We have seen cases where not all images on an iOS device are showing up when browsing to add or upload an image to Constant Contact. Because of this we would like to collect more details from you. In the meantime, as a workaround, we would suggest clicking on the dashes on upper left hand corner of the app. You will then click on "Library," click on "Add Photo," and select your desired photos from the Camera Roll. Are you able to add your photos through these steps? Photos uploaded to the library will show when inserting photos into an email.
