I just for our yearly report and the figures seem way off.  For instance it says that The best time to send is Thursday at 3:00am and that is the hour for the most opens.  I have never sent an email at 3:00am and I doubt people are opening our emails at that hour.  Also it says the number of campaigns is 101.  That is about double of what we sent.  ????

We have taken a look at the year in review available in your account. In fact we were able to definitely see a difference in campaigns sent. Your accounts shows about 55 being sent from 7/13/2018-7/13/2019, not 101 as stated in the report. I apologize there is no available workaround for this experience. We have however created a ticket in your account with our advanced level of support for further assistance. A member of this team will reach out to you directly with any further updates.
