I am here after extensively trying (paid subscriptions). In your case, only God knows where emails are going - they are not in inbox, nor in spam, nor in promotion folder, nor in All Folder and not in Trash. Until you set this right, I will not renew my subscription
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your emails! Emails being correctly delivered to your inbox is definitely very important. Checking your different folders is always the first step we suggest. So thank you for doing this! A test of your most recent campaign landed directly in my Spam folder. Emails sometimes are not delivered due to email content or subject line. Sending a blank email with a simple subject line is a quick way to see if the original email is being blocked due to content.
