Hi @FirstNameL51825,
Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. I’d be happy to assist you today.
I am sorry you had trouble sending your first campaign. It looks like your account has been scheduled for a List Review. It is a standard practice for new accounts and is just a quick conversation with our Account Review team over the phone. I would be happy to submit a case to that department so someone can reach back out to you, if you can please send an email to communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com and include your username, contact name, and best phone number. It can take 1-2 business days for turnaround, as we are an inbound call center. If you would like quicker service, you can phone them yourself.
If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can!

Hello @user3059085 ,
There's no flags on your account, and I was able to schedule and unschedule an email in your account without issue. If you're still experiencing an error when trying to schedule your email, please provide the exact wording or a screencap of the error. Additionally, make sure all required (marked by red *) fields are filled, and that your physical address is correctly entered.
