My plan was per month. For the last two months you changed my plan withOUT MY CONSENT to PER MONTH. No explanation. No request. No email explaining why. I suspect there is something very illegal about that. If you want me to continue as a customer, you would need to give me two months advance credit - otherwise I'm done and I'm reporting you to the BBB. Thanks for understanding.

For instance, have you recently added a large amount of contacts in your account? Your contact number increasing or even purchasing a Plus Campaign can increase your rates.
