You changed my plan without my consent

You changed my plan without my consent

My plan was per month. For the last two months you changed my plan withOUT MY CONSENT to  PER MONTH. No explanation. No request. No email explaining why. I suspect there is something very illegal about that. If you want me to continue as a customer, you would need to give me two months advance credit - otherwise I'm done and I'm reporting you to the BBB. Thanks for understanding.

Hi @GingerR568

While we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community, I would be happy to share some of the reasons we've seen for a price increase on an account.  For instance, have you recently added a large amount of contacts in your account? Your contact number increasing or even purchasing a Plus Campaign can increase your rates. If you have any further concerns our Billing Department is available by phone and can help answer these questions.
