You have my email wrong and it won't let me correct it

My husband died, and apparently my account was cut off in October I'm trying to get my life back and am trying to set up again. Will I have access to prior newsletters? I can't recreate it all at this point, and do not have a day or two to make it all back

I'm glad to hear you're interested in using your account again! The good news is you can easily reactivate your account. This can be done by logging into your account and purchasing an email plan. However you mentioned we have the wrong email address on file. Are you unable to log into your account? If so, I would suggest calling into our Billing Support. One of these agents can help take the necessary steps for you to gain access to your account and reactive it as well.
