You over charged my and I do not owe money

I talked to someone in billing They fixed my account I need you to call me and straighten this out. I need to send this now So I am paying But you will need to refund me. 818-402-4444

ridiculously bad after hours there is none and on the weekend no one can get help my account is frozen after working all day long on a nonprofit invitation that should have gone out tomorrow
