You've encountered an error! Sorry about that.

For two days now I get this pop-up message every time I try to add a new building element into my email. I am unable to get any work done, it is very frustrating. So far nothing has helped.

Does anybody have advice?

Hi @TSVC I am sorry to hear you've been experiencing some difficulties while creating your campaigns the past couple of days. I can definitely understand how you must feel, but we are here to help!

 

This pop-up message could indicate a few things here, what steps did you take prior to this error occurring? You mentioned this happens when you try to add a building block into your email, is it the same building block each time? If so, which block are you attempting to put in your emails? 

 

Have you attempted to use a different browser? If so, what browsers have you tried and did the error occur in that browser as well or were you able to continue working on your email?

 

We look forward to hearing back from you, and I do apologize that you are experiencing this error.

Hi, I was working on the template in the browser I've always worked on it and it happened all of a sudden in the middle of the editing work. Since then, it's not working and affects all building elements, including spacers and dividers.

I'm very frustrated as the deadline for publishing is coming up.

Thank you for responding with these details! Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? Having this exact wording is important so we can continue to share the correct information with you. You mentioned you are working in the same browser you always have. What browser is this? I have taken a look at your most recent campaign and was not able to replicate this same error message. Because of this I also would suggest testing your campaign in a different browser or a private/incognito window. Doing this allows us to see if there may have been any updates in your browser's settings or 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works. Please let us know if working in a different browser helps make a difference.
