YouTube links not working

Lately the links for youtube vids are not playing for the folks receiving the emails. If I put a link only in the text it works fine, but not using the link feature. Is there a problem.

Hello @ChuckG154 ,

 

I'd advise either calling general support, or replying to the automated @ mention email you receive from my response, with the YouTube URL you're trying to insert so we can test further. If possible, please also provide:

  • If the contacts having issues opening the link are reporting a specific error message
  • If they're running any security programs, VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, or other browser extensions that they'd be able to temporarily disable - and see if that alleviates the issue. If so, are they able to identify which element was causing the link to not open.
