Your email "previous" templates aren't working.

I keep getting "oops something went wrong" errors when trying to create a new email and use a previous email. I was hesitant to switch to the new email editor and now I'm frustrated. Please make it work so that I don't have to recreate a new email from scratch every time. This is a waste of my time and money.

Hello @HeatherMunroP ,

 

When you're wanting to use a previous email made in the current editor, you'll just want to copy that from the My Campaigns page. Going to Create > Email > My Templates will try to grab a legacy template you marked as a master template in the past, which will result in an error if your account's legacy editor has been retired.
