Your new social post process

Hello, it is not working. My Twitter and LinkedIn accounts are linked to CC, but my social share did not post to either today. Error message says We could not load this data but it does not give me instructions to resolve it??

Hello @AmyB5 ,

 

Try disconnecting your social accounts from the system, disconnect our permissions from your platforms' settings, then reconnect them.

Thank you, I just did that; I'm not sure if it will solve the problem but CC is also working to investigate the reason for the ERROR message on my social posts.
