You guys have the absolute worst customer service portal! And absolutely no way to suspend and/or cancel my account online. I've called for hours and that annoying robot keeps apologizing and ultimately ends with a hang up. Real nice.

This is definitely an experience our support team is looking into. In the meantime, I can see you were able to successfully suspend your account after all. You can unsuspend the account from the “My Account” section at any time.
