Help! trying to sync with bigcommerce. Doesn't work You guys suck

Hi @TinaH831 thank you for bringing this to our attention! This experience you're having with Bigcommerce is something our support teams are continuing to troubleshoot.  In fact does uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin Reinstall work? Do you have any extensions running on your browser? Are you using an ad blocker, if so which one? The workarounds we suggest users to try in the meantime are to

  1. Unistall and reinstall the BigCommerce tool on the Big Commerce Site, connect again, and import contacts.
  2. Manually export from Big Commerce
