We are having the same issue. Please notify us when this is resolved.
Thank you.
Hi @CharlesN493
I opened a case to have you notifed when this is resolved. Thank you!
I am experiencing this problem as well. I have removed simple share from both Facebook and Constant contact and relinked TWICE. I still get the same unknown error message. I would like a notification when this issue is fixed. I have also tried the other suggestions of using other browsers, etc. to no avail.
Hi @jamess4305
I opened your case to the second level support team to have you notified when this is resolved. Thanks for your patience.
We are having the same issue. Twitter posts fine but the post to facebook fails with an unknown error. followed the directions from earlier posts. Nothing seems to fix it.
Hello @DuroPC,
I have opened a Case within your account and tracked this issue. Would you like to be notified when this is resolved?

That we be great. Yes please keep me updated.
I am also having this issue. Please notify me when this is resolved. Thanks!
I've opened a case in your account to have you notified.
Thanks,
Hello @JoshuaC863,
I am sorry to hear that your Simple Share post is not publishing to Facebook. This is an issue that we are looking into and working to resolve. If you would like I can put in a request for you to be notified when this is resolved.
In the meantime, you can try disconnecting and re-connecting your Facebook pages as this has worked for some people running into this issue. If you continue to receive the error after disconnecting and re-connecting, then the other workaround is to manually post the link to your Facebook pages.
Hello there,
We have just opened our account on Constant Contact and I have mailout my first campaign today.
However it seems like there are problems with 'Social Share' on Facebook. I have selected my page, my thumbnail and title but when I try to publish it says "1 message(s) could not be published. (See below)" - "There was a problem posting to Facebook. Try again or click to edit."
Anyone experienced the same problem? Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Sara
Hello Constant Contact,
We have just opened our account and already having some troubles - we can't social share our post and we can't contact any customer suopport. Email and chat don't work at all - could you please kindly come back to us with an answer on how to social share our campaigns?
Many thanks
Hello @SaraC7130,
I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. We are currently working to resolve the issue where the posts are not publishing to Facebook. I have tracked this within your account, and if you would like can set up a notification to go to you when this is resolved.
In the meantime you can take the URL that appears in the Simple Share window and share that manually on Facebook.
Im having same problem
Hi @FREDC28
I am sorry to hear this. Are you seeing a message at the top of your screen to reconnect Facebook? If so, please login to your Facebook page in the same browser but another window and then return to click to restore the connection.
Would you like me to leave your case open to have you notified when this is resolved?
Hello @JeffR562,
I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. I took a look at your account and saw that you are running into an issue that we are working on. Some customers have had success with removing the Facebook pages and then re-connecting them. If this does not work then you can manually share the URL on Facebook. I have also tracked this within your account and set you up to be notified when this is resolved.
Has this issue been resolved? I am still having same problem in Dec 2015.

Hi @JohnN566
I am sorry to hear you are still having this happen. We're still working to resolve this but at this time I don't have any update. The good news is that you can still share to Facebook by copying the shortened URL I know this is not ideal and I apologize for the frustrations. Please continue to let us know if you run into things like this so we can keep pushing the engineering team for more information.
Thanks,
