At what point do my guests receive the Zoom link for my event? I have entered the Zoom link in the basic set-up. A friend registered for the event to test the process for me. She has not seen the Zoom link yet.

Having her check her junk folder is a great idea. You can always try resending the confirmation email as well if she still isn't receiving it. You can also email your registrants manually 1-2 days before the event with the Zoom link, too.

The zoom link should be included on the confirmation email. The registrant receives the confirmation email directly after they are registered. Was the confirmation email received by your registrant?
She is registered -- I see her on my master list, but she says she has not received a confirmation email. I'll ask her to check her junk folder.

My guest received the confirmation when I resent it. She says she never received it the first time, when she registered. I'll test it with a few more friends. Thanks.
