Even if the email recipient clicks the "TakeAction" button at the bottom of the email received, nothing happens. Please tell me how to use this "TakeAction" and what it means. Regards,

Have you linked that button to anything, such as webpage or document? A button may be included as part of a template's base design, but you still need to format it to have it work with the rest of your email. If you have no use of a button in your campaign, then you can simply remove it.
