Hello, Because of a lag in business, I deactivated my account and it was effective October 4. At the time of deactivation, I was told I'd have access to my contacts for 120 days. I just tried to log on and cannot get past the deactivation notice window that states that I need to reactivate to gain access. How can I access my contacts during this 120-day grace period? The 120 day grace period is for how long we can guarantee your account's information will be stored in our system. After that, it will enter a queue for purging unless reactivated by re-applying billing info and agreeing to a subscription.
To make sure you're assisted, I've exported your subscribed contacts and unsubscribed contacts as separate CSV files, and sent them to your account's main email address. If you need the contacts sent to a different address, you'll need to call our general support so they can securely confirm account permissions, and send them to the other address.
