account cancelled


I have not used my account for years. My account was cancelled and will not let me access the payment area. Please advise how I can use my account.

It looks like the account linked to this Community profile is still available, so as long as you're logging in using the account owner's credentials, you'll be able to update the account's payment method. You do this by selecting the name in the top-right corner, and selecting the Plans & Pricing option.


If you continue to have issues paying for your account to reopen it, please call our general support for secure assistance in updating your payment info.
