When I checked the error for one of the ads, I saw this appear as a reason:
I'd recommend checking the errored ads to see if they will show this screen (they intermittently showed blank screens instead a couple times when checking), then try copying one for re-submission. Beyond that, it may be an issue with the API connection, and something you may want to check your FB business pages' settings.
