it sounds like you're account has been included in our Contact beta redesign. At this time the directions in our Help Center on how to add back an unsubscribed contact does not match this updated Contacts tab. The workaround we suggest is to send the unsubscribed contacts a link to your Sign Up Form so they may resubscribe through there.
