adding contacts

Why can't I add contacts today? My only option is to cancel after adding them. How do I get the add contacts to work, not freeze up? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out about the trouble you're having while trying to add contacts. There aren't any restrictions that wouldn't allow you to add contacts, but we would be more than happy to research this further for you. Can you please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with screenshots and any error messages you're receiving so that we can look into this?
