Can you confirm the Insta page is a business account, and not listed as a creator or personal account in Insta's system? Have you tried disconnecting the social platform, removing our app permissions from your Facebook business manager, and then reconnecting the platforms (including the associated Facebook account)?
I have taken all of the necessary steps that you have recommended with allowing APi permissions for constant contact to post to Facebook. Is there something I'm missing?
Is the personal account you're logging into an admin on the business page you're trying to connect? Have you checked with Facebook support to see if there's any API restrictions or other elements on your business manager that'd be preventing it from connecting to 3rd party systems?
