I am so frustrated.

I tried to authenticate my account

I got no communication until I logged on today to try and send again. 

after tryiing to call the last 3 days and being put on hold for extensive periods of time . I finally had to hang up because I can't spend the entire day on hold.

I need my account Tomorrow. Saturday I can't sit on hold the entire time.

Its very poor customer service. The reason I chose constant contact was so I could get good customer service unlike mail chimp. 

You should actually have a service were I can get a call back if you have long hold times. Other companies in Canada do that.

Please do something about this.

They should be reaching out within the next 24 business hours to the account's primary phone number. If they're unable to get you after a few tries, they'll follow up by email.
