avoiding spam box

im a designer and ive recently designed an email using some of the pre set functionalities of constant contact aswell as photoshopped images.

ive managed to increase the word count on the email and i now have a green tick saying minimal spam content

however when i do send the tester email it still sends to my promotions inbox on gmail and my junk on 365 i have also made another email just to test and im still running into the same problem 

can this be helped?
