I'm sorry to hear this is happening! The email addresses available are the verified addresses on your account. Are you trying to change your billing email address to one that is not listed? If the email address you want is not listed, I would suggest verifying this new email address first. You can verify this correct email address by going to the My Settings tab of your account, and clicking "Verify Address."
