After holding for 15 min, I spoke to Carolyn at in billing was most unhelpful, stating that billing dates can not be changed unless I cancel account and start over again. When requested to speak to manager was told it would take 1-2 days to get a call back! very disappointing to a company that is supposedly call Constant Contact they are not in or about being in constant contact with paying customers!
