I apologize for any confusion there may be with billing on your account. Though we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community, we can go over some of our basic billing policies. For instance all accounts may be billed up to 5 days earlier than their invoice date. If you have any further questions we do recommend contacting our Billing Department directly.
