your billing is inaccurate and unfair. I need full refund of billing. I am not happy with your service and your customer service hung up on me when I asked for full refund.

I'm so sorry to hear this! This is definitely not the experience we would like our customers to have, For your account security we unable to go into your billing details here in the Community. Please give a call back in to our Billing Department. One of our Billing agents will be able to look into these charges and refund request further for you.
